Problems with AR-11 Change of Address

Nothing else....so, is this bad? 

So you have no receipt # for CRI-89 ? If you have the receipt # for I-751, I'm not sure the reason why they won't let you do AR-11

Nope. My husband called this morning and they gave him a confirmation number over the phone. We still have to physically mail the AR-11 to DHS. I tried it again online this morning and still keep getting the same error.

The website to change addresses have been broken since I tried using it back in June 2018. I ended up mailing in a physical form that was processed within 2wks of me sending it.....and the website was STILL broken!

Ugh....seriously?! Even the USCIS agent on the phone said "Have you tried updating it online?" – this is almost the new "Have you tried turning it on and off again?" running gag that IT people always ask, because, obviously we have tried....meh. 

 

I thought maybe it was because my husband's case is at the mysterious NBC for I-751's but now I'm beginning to think the website is just busted. Way to go USCIS....

hi!  I am experiencing broken website with changing address as well, called in this morning and just cant get a real human to talk to me! robot just keep telling me to change it online even I ask for real person to talk to!

 

So I guess the best way is mail the paper form of AR-11 for both me and my husband? 
after out move he already changed his mailing address thru the postal system already, does he still need to do this? 

(we are applying for marriage green card, he is the US citizen and  he did the I-130 a for me , and I did the I-485)
