Visa Update to issued Passport still with Embassy

Visa updated to issued last week passport is still with Casablanca Embassy. It was approved on 04/16/2019 from what I have ready 1-2 days the send the passport to Aramex. She is registered with Aramex. Status still passport with Embassy.

Any news I hope they call her soon

took an Alabama girl 3 weeks for her husband's passport to be at Aramex after saying issued

congratulations 

welcome to Georgia / about 2 hours south of us 

you will find Arabic shop called Souq near where you will live (Lawrenceville Ga )   we travel 2 hours to shop there/  butcher is Moroccan

Thanks for the update I know that place and I know the butcher. I used to have a halal store 3 minutes from there:) sold it 2 years ago.

I hope they won't hold the passport for that long it should be 1-3 days. very strange why they taking their time.

 

I live in GA my wife is joining me I have lived in GA for 17 years before that 8 in NJ:)

Well it turned out Embassy didn't bother to notify her that Visa was issued and sent to Aramex the same day last week the 17. They didn't even update the US travel website to reflect that passport is no longer with them. It was a stressful week for us wondering why they holding her passport for 10 days after the issuance. I sent them an email on Friday they responded the same day. She picked it up yesterday Saturday.

She will be here Inchaalah next week to spend Ramadan with us.

 

So it took approximately 3 months for AP to clear. After 2 emails asking them to expedite as well as a letter from Senator.

 

You guys are together in the GAI think right?
