Hi everyone,

I realize this number is all over the forum, but I am looking for updated information. I have called the number listed on different days. I am getting an automated message in English then Spanish. It tells me the call center hours are 9am to 9pm, doesn't allow 0 for operator, then it hangs up on me. Are they just not taking calls??

The number I am calling is 603-334-0700

This is for k-1 Visa . Thanks,

Michelle

That is the correct number and they are taking calls. You need some luck getting to them though. Try at different times. If hundreds/thousands of people are calling them at the same time, of course they can’t put everyone on hold, that’s when you hear “try again later” automated message.

I just called it just to try for no reason and it said my estimated hold time is 40 mins.

Awesome Arken. I will keep trying. Every time I called I would get that automated hang up. I kind of thought that may be the case, but I guess it's hard to imagine that many people calling. Thanks !!
