Hey. The iR1 its take short time to process than cr1 ?

No, it's the same thing. If the spouse enter the US after 2 years of getting married, then she/he gets a 10 years green card, and it's called IR1. If the spouse enters the US before the 2 years anniversary of marriage, it's called CR1 (conditional resident) and he/she gets a 2 years conditional green card and has to file form I-851 2 years later to remove the "conditions"

your case is in Nebraska /   very slow to process any application

you should go to your profile and complete the timeline/  it will help in the future for questions you have as it lets us know how far along in the process your case is

most of your inquiries can be answered by anyone when it just is about the proceedure

other questions may be directed to Moroccan members as you need to know about the casa interview and AP there

IR1 is better option only because you skip the removal of conditions two years after POE and the relationship appears more solid to USCIS and the embassy.

Otherwise the processing times are the same.

waiting till married for 2 years doesn't make it faster

the time frame for either is 12 to 14 months

waiting any length to file just makes it that much longer

and BTW   just because it is 2 year marriage does not guarantee a visa

you need plenty of proof of a real relationship

many quality trips to be together

family approval

commingling finances

read posts on the morocco forum by clicking the forum post on the home page

read embassy reviews

know the guidelines for approval like the income requirements

So you haven't seen your wife in person since you got married 2 years ago? That will probably be something that is brought up at your interview. If you haven't filed yet, I would advise that your wife come and visit you at least one more time. I know she is dealing with a lot in terms of taking care of her mom and son, but USCIS and the Casablanca consulate won't be so understanding. Can the sister take care of the mom while your wife comes to visit you for a few weeks? Even 1-2 weeks together could be meaningful.

What you mean ?

I think Boiler is asking if you have visited her in her home country ... if she can’t visit you in the US, you should look at going to see her

If your wife’s mother cannot manage without your wife being there.. how is your wife going to be able to move to the US and live here IF she is successful in getting her visa ?

I understand that would be extremely difficult for you to obtain a US visitor visa. Unless you have strong ties to Morocco, her visiting you is probably the only option. If you want your visa process to be successful, it will take a sacrifice of time and money, ideally from both of you. You can try applying for a visitor visa, but unless you have a good job and very strong ties to prove to the consulate that you will return to Morocco, you will likely be denied.

You can go ahead and file the documents for the spousal visa, but be prepared to address the difficult questions the CO may ask about why you haven't seen each other in 2 years.
