Denial under section 212(a)(4)

My wife is not making enough and I was told at my interview the joint sponsor is not legible to sponsor me. They have given us 30 days to respon to it, how do I get new interview date or how do I submit the new sponsor affidavit of support? Do have I have to go to the embassy for new interview date? Do someone have better idea?

Do what the embassy has said to do

if you need a new cosponsor, you have 30 days to send the cosponsor's info to the embassy

it should not require a new interview unless your medical exam is over 6 months old 

if you provide the cosponsor and they accept,,  the embassy will inform you if they require new medical exam,  new criminal report and new interview / they may/ they may not

we can not know what the CO sees and tell you

During your interview what did tye CO tell you to do about the joint sponsor? They must have asked you to either submit it on ceac website

The CO told me my wife know what to do that’s all He told me

Submit the additional financial docs via DHL main office in Accra

Take them  to DHL in Accra main office to submit.  Have your passport handy.
