These types of things are usually for persons who are related to you in some way or the other.....parents, spouse, siblings, children. Poly-amorous relationship does not prove relationship ties like those mentioned previously. Like others have suggested, the chances are slim to none for her.

More specifically, the issue is engaging in a relationship for the purpose of evading immigration laws. People have tried to divorce and remarry to bring another lover. I saw "try" on purpose...it is something they actively look out for.

 

Either way, the point is moot as they said they don't plan to divorce.

It would be an interesting legal case given that the OP would still be living with his current wife as well - I can certainly see a scenario in which it would be judged to be for immigration purposes only with no de facto change in his existing spousal relationship. However as OP has said he has no plans to divorce his wife, a test case for someone else down the line.

But that’s what most of us here have had to do.  The only way for me to be with my husband, who I plan to spend the rest of my life with, was for us to get married.   

 

How would this be any different, if OP genuinely wants to be with this woman, plus his original wife? 

 

Marrying for “immigration only” benefits would be marrying with no intention of having a long-term marriage relationship.
