I can't figure out how to get something that says how many marriages we've had. It's both of our first, but it's not listed on our marriage certificate. Has anyone tried submitting it without having that? Did it go through? Any help is appreciated.

There is no document that states the number of times a person has been married here in the USA that I know of.

Same here, but the Philippines wants it, so I'm not sure what to do.

Can't send what doesn't exist.

Some idiot when updating the ROM form seem to think there is a CEMAR for other countries.

Like Hank states "it's not available" for USC's. The difference between USA and Phil is that USA uses divorce documents and the LAW to ensure that a person is free to marry. Phil requires the CENOMAR/CEMAR to ensure they are free to marry because of all the shenanigans that go on with marriages in the Phil.

Best advise is to stand firm and explain to the "agent" that the US does not have such a document as a CENOMAR. Good luck.

I'm sending it by mail, so I can't exactly stand firm on it, I'll just try and see I guess.

Email a copy and the beneficiary can print on their end. Mail sucks to the PI.
