Titer tests might show shes does not need any vaccines - problem solved. 

 

With the current outbreak in the USA, religious exemption might not be possible anymore by the time you want to file your waiver (many states have removed the religious exemption and I would not be surprised to see it done by USCIS). 

 

Otherwise, you should discuss pikuach nefesh with your spouse and religious leaders.  Believers are to safeguard their own health, as well as the health of their community, over their individual preferences.

First of all I'm sorry that you are in that situation.

Secondly you are right ... it's not a joke. It took me more than 10 years to get compensation for the permanent damage the vaccination did and in Denmark it's nowhere close to the amount you would get in the US ... I did get disability until I retire. I can not get a medical waiver since the vaccinations are not the same. I have had measles, mumps etc since none of them were dangerous here until 1987 so I can get the test in the US to prove that and again if it means I can't stay in the US we'll move here.

1) Babies too young to have gotten theirs yet.

2) Organ and bone marrow transplant patients.

3) Cancer/chemotherapy patients.

4) All others who do not have antibodies through no fault of their own.

It’s like I am in drinking in a bar and encounter a hot girl, we chat and as we are about to kiss, she tells me she has HIV. I know HIV doesn’t get transmitted thru saliva but still I probably won’t kiss her. Uncertainty alway lies beneath somewhere..😉😉😉
