Vaccination waiver question

OP believes the K-1 will be approved, but a medical examine is required, which involves vaccinations, so the K-1 itself might not be granted because the medical would be incomplete (possibly, up to the embassy) and would hope no such waiver for a health related thing like simple vaccinations would exist. You're playing with other people's lives and well being.

I had my medical today and it was no problem not getting vaccinations .. as previously mentioned it is not required for K1.

I was told to do the waiver at the new medical for AOS in the US

Vaccinations are OPTIONAL for the k1.  During the k1 exam the applicant can opt NOT to receive any vaccinations.   This doesn't disqualify them from receiving the visa

YMMV

K1 is a non immigrant visas so not relevant, adjusting is the issue. Best to be prepared, Plan B.

Vaccinations are a part of the Visa medical and are included in the fee

In Denmark they are not ... they are extra charge and rather expensive ... and the medical and x-ray is 2725 dkr and 500 dkr which is just under $500

It is important to understand the location of the OP.  Since the OP is from Philippines  it is and thus why I answered appropriately

YMMV

Then you could add that in the text since others will be reading this and have no specific knowledge of Philippines also the subject is vaccinations and not country specific 😊

Do you have a plan in case the waiver is not approved at AOS?

In summary, it took 13 months for approval of the CR-1.  It took 44 months for approval of the I-751.  It took 4 months for approval of the N-400.   It took 172 days from N-400 application to Oath Ceremony.   It took 6 weeks for Passport, then 7 additional weeks for return of wife's Naturalization Certificate..

OK so you plan is go back to Denmark anyway so just a question of timing.

That makes sense.

With the current rise in some communicable diseases like measles, I can definitely see the real possibility of disapproval of these vaccination waivers......

Yes kinda the best would be to wait until my fiance retires but we'd find a solution either way.
