Yep. That’s the consequence of incurring a 10 year ban .

This is the only way to go if you want a successful application ... other than waiting out the 10 year ban .. and I think 10 years is a bit longer than 16 months

I'm sorry but with a 10 year ban there is absolutely no way you are going to be in the US anytime soon. As a person who went through the process mentioned, it is long tedious process to even get to the waiver stage.

My attorney is specialized in waivers, it takes time but in my case, I fall in a category.... remember when I wrote CR1 ????

As in, overstays may be forgiven for spouses of USCs?

Yes. That’s my case... but the wait is crazy , every month for me it’s like a year without the family ... but it’s better than 10 yrs ...
