Medical documents needed for AOS packet

Hello Everyone,

 

I am putting the AOS packet together for my wife and her son. I have a question regarding the medical exam they had overseas.  The only documentation she has is their vaccination report, which looks complete. I understand, the I-693 is not required at this point. But shouldn't there be some other documentation of their medical exams to include in the AOS packet? Or is their vaccination report sufficient?

Your K1 medical was submitted at your POE. It will be transferred to DHS for storage in your A-file. Your AOS interviewing officer will obtain it from your file at your interview or after.

You only need to submit a photocopy of your copy of the DS3025 with I485 and being your copy to the interview as backup.
