My visa was denied but after 2 months, I was told to mail passport

I went for a visa interview on February 11, 2019. I was denied because I have a ban from being not leaving when the immigration judge told my family. When I left U.S for Canada, I was under the age of 18. The office told me they will submit a waiver on my behalf. Two months later, I got an email saying "We are now ready to resume the processing of your application for a non-immigrant visa. Please submit your passport for visa issuance as soon as possible but no later than 90 days of this notice of approval or the waiver will be considered invalid." When I looked at the application number, it said denied, then I looked at it again, it says Administrative processing. Does this mean that my ban is removed, and I'll be issued a visa? 

 

I would love some guidance.

 

FYI, the Visa I applied for was B1/B2. My company wanted me to Visit U.S for Training.

It sounds like the CO recommended you for an waiver, and the waiver was subsequently approved. This does not guarantee they will issue the visa, but it does sounds like a good sign, especially since they are requesting your passport.

Ahhh, okay. So that means I no longer have the ban?

It means the ban is waived and won't be an issue for entry into the US. Effectively, it's gone.

Probably not, but there's no way to know how long AP will actually take. Unanticipated things can come up in final processing to cause delays.
