What is this? I keep seeing it included in youtube tutorials but others leave it out.

Look at the petition form.  Circumstances of how you met.

YMMV

When completing the petition, I used the petition itself and this guide:

https://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide

to know how to fill it in and what to include. No other sources are needed 🙃.

THANK YOU. This actually cleared it up pretty well. I was confused with different names referencing the same thing. So, I am assuming this is an additional page for those who could not fit everything into the I-129F document. Is this required, or better yet, does this increase the odds of things going well in yours and others experience?

It's a question on the petition therefore required.   I am a firm believer that if your reply takes more space than the space provided on the form itself,  maybe you should rethink your reply.

YMMV

It’s on the form so it’s required. But no novel needed. Bare facts of when and where will do.

There's no requirement to describe how you initially met.

There is a requirement to describe the circumstances of the in-person meeting within the last two years that you're using to establish eligibility for a K-1, regardless of how you met initially or how long you'd known each other at that point.

I just put a stack of bullet points saying where and when we met in-person (since there were only three meetings prior to filing, and they were all within the last two years) and that we met online on [site] (which was not required).
