to a California center office.  all my receipts have the name of California center

You said you filed originally with CSC but you got transferred to another SC. To which SC did they transfer your file? For as far as I can see on the USCIS website, they only process I-751's in the major field offices, not the local offices that do the AOS (but I could be wrong)

originally california center took my case, in June 2018 it was transferred to another office and in January 2019 I received a receipt that my biometric fingerprints would not be reused as before and on the receipt appears “california center csc

Call USCIS on Monday and see if they can tell you which office it got transferred to. That way you can find out the processing times of that office. Usually they send a bunch of petitions to SC's that are less busy to cut back the processing time.

I'm still at the AOS stage, waiting for my interview since September 2018 (Philadelphia office, about a 1 year wait if the processing times don't go up too much 🤞)

Did you receive the notification of the interview?  , I had it the first time with my wife 3 years ago for the green card of 2 years.  many cases do not give an interview if they send many tests

No, not yet. Hopefully we'll have our interview around September/October this year, but who knows. I at least have my EAD and AP, so I'm gonna start my new job on Monday.

USCIS now requires an interview for everyone who files I-485.

if the i 485 is different from the i751 that is the removal of the condition of the residence since I had my interview with my wife 3 years ago

Yeah, I-485 is AOS (conditional green card) I-751 is ROC (removal of conditions) The info I gave you is based on what I read from other people on this website, not my own experience yet

Hi, do you mean you are able to reuse your fingerprint or they are not able to reuse your fingerprints?

they are going to reuse my biometrics from before.  the receipt that came to me in January say they do not need to return to make me biometric prints
