Still trying to get an appointment.  No dates are available

It took me two months trying to schedule an appointment. I was given the go-ahead to book the Biometric Oath on April 4th, I was able to finally book it on June 4 th there were only 4 dates available in August and I got one of them. Good luck and keep checking at least three times a day. It's going to happen.

Unbelievable 😞  Sorry guys.  I think i'm about to join your club soon.

We just couriered the requested new medical and police report yesterday and its been over a year since his last interview so I'm expecting he will have to go in for re-oath too.

About how long did it take after submitting your new medical for them to send you the email asking you to book a re-oath appointment?

@ASBoston04 After I couriering in medical and new police report, they sent an email asking us to book an appointment for re-oath and biometrics about 2 weeks later.  I got that email on June 11th.  I've been looking for an appointment since that time.  Hoping appointments will open up soon.  We are IR-1 applicants.

Hello!

I have my last scheduled appointment for the bio metric oath in Montreal on Aug 9/19 (Friday), is there anybody who knows how long the consulate takes to give you the visa /PR physically after the bio-metric oath appointment? I am planning to stay in Montreal to wait up for it, hopefully it takes just a few business days to pick it up in one of the Canada Post offices designated.

Thank you !

@Diana1225 Hi!  How did your biometric re-oath appointment go?  My husband's is going to be in a few weeks.  Did you bring any documents with you or just your passport?  Did they do a full interview with lots of questions?  How long till you got your visa?  Any tips?  Pointers?  I have been searching online and really cant find much on what to expect for this kind of an appointment.

Hi there, i know it’s been a while since you got your visa, but i am in the same situation now and my wife re-oath interview will be in two weeks at the consulate in Montreal. Was yours a full interview or just getting biometrics? And how long did you wait after the interview for them to issue the visa and finally receive it.

thanks.
