Hi, I have a few silly questions. Do I provide a photocopy of my birth certificate as evidence of my citizenship with my I-129F form, or does it need to be a certified copy? And I am assuming I don't need to provide a copy of my passport as well if I provide my birth certificate? Unless I am proving our meeting within the past two years? And if I do that, do i photocopy ALL pages of my passport, because it is a new passport and only contains one stamp so far, the one I got when entering the UK to visit my partner. Also, I am filling out the G-1145 and it says that I shouldn't put spaces or parenthesis or anything in the phone number, but adobe acrobat won't let me save it unless I put parenthesis. Do I write it out with black ink? Thanks!

Send a copy of your birth certificate to prove citizenship.  Use the passport bio page and entry stamp asking with a copy of your place ticket or boarding pass to show you for to meet her.  For the phone number if the Adobe for only works with parentheses then use parentheses or hand write it.

Proof of US citizenship: either photocopy of birth certificate or US passport biographical page.  One or the other.  Don't need both.

Do not need all blank pages from your passport.

I have no problem with entering the phone number and saving it.  Write it in black ink, not a problem.

You never send original documents with the petition.  At the interview she should take a certified copy of your birth certificate with her along with the original documents, ie tax transcripts from sponsors with the sponsorship documents.

Please read the instructions.   It clearly states that anything provided to the uscis shall be legible photocopies unless an original or certified copy is SPECIFICALLY requested.

No evidence to be submitted for the I129F is specifically requested to be original

YMMV

I included the front and BACK of all documents, when directed for copies of such documents. USCIS may care to make sure there is an absence of anything on the back side of a document.....  YMMV
