Oh my God! We were recently in administration processing for 5 weeks and I can only imagine the level of frustration that you are experiencing.

I hope that you have inquired as to why you have been in AP so long and possibly have obtained an immigration attorney.

I feel for you and your family. May God bring a favorable end to your situation soon.

Take care.

I'm certainly not one to typically suggest a WoM, but this seems like a proper circumstance to talk to a good immigration attorney (actually a few is suggested) about the option. Good luck.

Sue on what grounds?

Immigration to the United States is a privilege, not a right.

I was about to say the same. People just dont get it. They feel so entitled. There is another family waiting close to 5 years so.. 🤷🏻‍♀️

There is another Palestinian family waiting close to 5 years. Their lawyer will not file a WoM until the local Congressman has verified that the security clearance is complete. They are depending on their  Congressman to advise their lawyer because as everyone here said of you sue and your background/security not complete youre denied.  Last I asked the sister why its taking that long the response is they are doing extreme checks based in “associations” with other members with criminal background. Likely that throws a weench in things. Not sure about you but hire a lawyer. A good one too.

True, but a writ of Mandamus applies to all Federal agencies including US Embassies; not just USCIS. OP, the writ doesn't force the agency to approve your case; it only forces them to make a decision so suing can go in your favor or against you. But technically you can sue and in your case I think 3 years waiting in AP sounds like a probably cause to sue, if you have already exhausted all channels like senators, ombudsman etc etc.

Where is your case currently? USCIS, NVC or USEM? Fill your timeline so we better answer your questions based on that.

i dont know where the case now in uscis nvc usem but we in ap after the interview in 11 april 2016

You don't know which agency has your case at the moment? How did you know you are in AP?

Thanks. And you haven't been to any interview yet at US Embassy, right?

Btw, just asking to figure out where your case is probably currently sitting.
