Hello guys.

 

My question is; 

can I apply for my citizenship even if Im still waiting for my green card (removal of conditions)

I have 3 years and 6 months in EEUU.

Not sure what EEUU is, but in general, if you get a GC through marriage, the N400 3 year rule is three years less 90 days from the date your GC was issued before you can submit an N400, not from date of marriage, or date of US entrance.

Agree with the above.  It’s very common for folks to file the N400 while awaiting adjudication of the I751.

Yes, you can apply for US citizenship with a pending I-751.

Agreed, I missed the ROC comment, yes, many people apply for N400 with a pending I751, and in fact my wife did.  Still, do not file one day before the window opens.

Another quick question, my green card was issued june 2016, i have to wait until june 2019 (3 years) to apply?

You can apply 90 days before June 2019.  You can apply today.
