Good evening,

Just a quick couple of questions for all of you:

1. Can my fiancee and I use the exact letter of intents to marry formats?

2.  Regarding the in-person declaration statement....should we both write up our own "how we met" OR just one with both of us signing it sufficient enough?

Simple is best.  We didn't even write about how we originally met, just listed the dates of our visits and trips together.

Not sure what you mean in question #1.

regarding question 1....the "letters of intent" to marry each other within the 90 day window upon receiving the K1 visa....can they be exact in nature (albeit the signatures of course)?

Of course.  We wrote one letter and both signed it, but you can do two identical ones.
