Need Help !!! VISA Packet Opened by mistake !!

With all the respect for Kathryn41 and Justchillin look what it says on the embassy web site :

"Under no circumstances should you tamper with these documents or open the sealed envelope. Should you do so the visa becomes automatically invalid and must be reissued. In addition, you will be required to pay the visa fees again and possibly also have to obtain updated documents."

Clear07, I really wish you that the embassy will be easy on you and just reseal it

Sigh... What is done is done...i guess i dont hv any option but to wait for the gallows tomo...

Just wanted to let everyone know that ..I have the VISA with the Packet now.

I got the packet , albeit with a Price of 335 $ .

Well....im glad i have it now.

I will be flying on 18th June

Ahh congrats. I'd think that paying the fees would be much better than a further huge delay! Note to self: instruct anyone with access to mail DO NOT TOUCH

I did the same mistake...How much time did it take you...how did u make the appointment with the UK embassay...

Someone else in the UK forum had this happen just this week. Read the thread for info on how to get this sorted out: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=74326
