Follow to join - how to get kids on?

My fiance in the US put down my kids' names on the 129f. If they follow to join, what is the process? Do I need to take their DS160's to the interview, and not bring them with me and just state FTJ? I gather they will not need to do medicals with me now.

I am waiting to get their passport numbers still so cannot book their interview or DS160's. Is it fine to do those in future when they do have passports and can book medicals and interviews?

Do you know how long it will be to get their passports? If it's going to be sooner rather than later try to hold off interview so you can all come together.

I know sometimes paying for more medicals and visa fees can add up. I had to do it for 5 so I know the feeling.

Anyways, if it will be soon and you can hold your interview off a bit so they can come with you. It will save you some money at AOS time. Filling for the kids at the same time as you saves you a bunch of money and also easier to keep track of GC expiring/ROC stuff.

If they come later you don't need to fill out the DS160 for them or do their medical.
