I don't know what you mean by "Standard ID".   I got a driver license.  It has the star on it indicating RealID complaint.  My fiance has a state ID with a star on it indicating RealID complaint.  These are standard.  There is no option to get a non-compliant ID.  I'm not even sure why they would issue such a thing.
