Hello again,

I have another question and thank you in advance for replying... I am writing our proof of ongoing relationship and I've realized that the main reason why we decided to get married in the US is because we have been planning this K-1 visa all along. Like this is the easiest and soonest way that we can be together since a spousal visa will delay us. Is it okay to divulge our true intention?

Thank you again in advance!

Never lie when queried.  I don't think most are asked "why" they want to get married.

If 'proof of ongoing relationship' is required (it is not, at the petition level), best evidence would be evidence of time spent together after filing.  Passport stamps, boarding passes, etc.

Ongoing proof of relation isn't about why you're choosing the route you're taking, it's chat logs, trips together evidence, call logs, ect.

They may ask during the interview why the K-1, then you could explain it.

K-1 is not the "easiest" by any means...at least in the long run...

K1 is no longer necessarily faster than CR1 especially for high fraud (  the Arabic countries)

if you want the best answers to any question,  you should include the foreign country and embassy  name here

My fiancé is a Filipino but he lives and works in Saudi Arabia. We are planning to have his interview in Riyadh. May I know why Arabic countries have high fraud rate?

Yes, I realized this now. K-1 is definitely not the easiest since we need to prove something. But this is the best choice for us at this time..

Yeah you're right! I think I misunderstood the concept of this "proof of ongoing relationship." I think I need to revise the title of the one that I wrote..😬 Thanks!

Immigration says which countries are high fraud and they don't consult me

Saudi is not one of them according the immigration map
