Encountered problem in paying Affidavit of Support Fee via mail

Hi! We paid Affidavit of Support Fee via money order because CEAC has some technical problems going on for quite some time now. NVC confirmed the payment but in CEAC the status remained "PAY NOW". It's been 9 days since payment has settled and the bank cleared the payment as well so it's officially confirmed that they've taken money from the bank. 
Now our DS260 are hanging in the air. It's delaying our process.
Please tell me the payment will push through or has someone encountered the same problem. Thank you!

really all you can do is contact NVC and get them to update CEAC so you can move forward

Khallaf and Nastra30 thank you but to be honest we have called NVC numerous times for everyday. All they said to us is just wait. Wait until when? I'm at the end of my rope here.. If you have anything more to advice, I appreciate it so much!
