Hi All,

 

I noticed that the online version of the N400 does not ask me Question 13 in Part 2 of the document (see below) so when I review the populated version with my answers, there are no answers to that question. Does the online system automatically exclude that question because I am younger than 50?

 

(13. Exemptions from the English Language Test...

a. Are you 50 years of age or older and....

b. Are you 55 years of age or older and...

c. Are you 65 years of age or older and...)

CITIZENSHIP TIMELINE

4/2019: Submitted N400

5/2019: Biometrics (3 weeks)

2/2020: Interview (10 months)

3/2020: Oath & naturalization (11 months)

6/2020: Passport received (3 months)

Officially a U.S. Citizen!

I filed N400 online and don't quite remember, tbh.  But I do have a printed version I downloaded from the USCIS website after submission, and I can see, in my case, all checked as NO.

I don't remember if I was presented the question.  I would think that the form is probably smart enough to evaluate when you became LPR and your age based on your birthdate, and answer these questions for you.
