my husband/petitioner retired already based on disability. he is receiving public charge such as HUD/housing assistance and food stamps...will this be a problem or cause a red flag for my cr1 visa interview & approval?

do i need to tell this during my interview? we have a co-sponsor in filing our cr1 visa since his pension below poverty line requirement.

Filed: Country: Vietnam (no flag)

With a qualified Joint Sponsor, you shouldn't have any problems with the I-864.

I DEFINATELY WOULD NOT TELL.  Disclose what is required.  Do not volunteer to give out bad information that does not help you and can only hurt you.
