I started to file the form, and there are some things that are not clear to me.

PART I

16.b. They do requer to type PRESENT if you still work at that place?  since the form does not allow me to type anything except a date.
17. Do i have to mention if i was unemployed for any period during the last 5 years??
42.b. Where was the naturalization certificate issued? should i mention a state? or city too? or the place name?

PART II

16. My Fiancee is still studying. Should i leave the Employment part blank? how do i file it?
49.a. address in her native alphabet? does it means that i just write the address in russian (since she is from there)?

Is this a paper form? leave it blank and once printed, write down with black pen current.

No. They will get it from the date math.

It should be on the certificate, use it as is or whatever was filled on N445 form.

Usually all the information requested by USCIS on I-129F is important. If they want it, they need it. If you leave a question blank, be ready to respond to an RFE. If your fiancee does not work now due to being a student, put 'none' where it requests for the name of employer. Similarly, put 'unknown' if you have no information or 'not applicable', if the situation  may not be applied to you/your fiancee. Fill the form and reread it from the USCIS officer's point of view. Is it clear, or you may add any information you want to on a separate sheet.

Also, the letter of Intent... should be WIth a header for him and her different? Once with Fiance and the 2nd one with Fiancee?

To be safe, just have one for each person. There were cases got approved with just one letter but also cases got RFE.

what i was trying to find out is: Does the header on this letter has to be different for HIM and for HER ? since Fiance (male) - and fiancee (female) ?

Since she sent me a letter With a header "Fiancé Letter of Intent"
