I assume P3 means you can now schedule the interview. If so, check your GUZ (NVC case) number for your child's name. It should be there marked as applicant 2. If so, go ahead, fill out DS-160 for both of you, using the same case (GUZ) number without 1 or 2, indicating yourself as the Principal Applicant. Kid's DS-160 is much simpler and shorter. Pay a visa fee for each applicant and schedule the interview, having checked whether they want your child there in person with you. It is country specific. Good luck.

PS: that is if your child will be applying to enter with you. They may apply with you and come to the USA later. They may even apply later and follow to join within 12 monts from you visa issued date . It is up to you.
