Hi, I haven’t found any MN AoS filers group hence I’m creating this one. If there is any MN AoS group kindly let me know about that.

 

but as far as my AoS is concerned, below are the details:

 

Noa1 - dec 18, 2018

biometrics - Jan 18, 2019

case ready to be scheduled for interview - feb 20, 2019

 

no update since then.

And there won't be for awhile as the local field office is very backlogged

How long are we talking about? I knew I shouldn’t have been here in MN. Now, I’m thinking I’ll have to reapply EAD once it expires if not heard regarding GC.

It is possible that you may need to renew your EAD,  but it is automatic and fee waived.   GC interviews could be one year + from date of filing

Oh really? Didn’t know it was automatic and fee waived. In that case I don’t mind. I hope the immigration will be notifying of the progress to renew EAD if needed.

Yes to MN.  Will be filing for AOS soon
