Hi, has anyone experienced requesting for untagging their receipt to be able to make another interview schedule?

I messed up the scheduling and had to make another appointment. I used up the 3-time interview appointment but apparently, because K1 visa is a non-immigrant visa, I'm allowed to request for appointment again, although there is a process it has to go through.

Now, I have to go back to SLEC for my medical on the 30th, so I have to make a schedule before that day.

So the question... HOW LONG DOES IT USUALLY TAKE? They already escalated my case and made it urgent. Do you think I'll get it on the 30th? If not, I have to pay another $265 :(

You can have your medical on the 30th ad no appointment is required,  you just show up and walk in

YMMV

Hi, are you 100% sure? Because I would definitely do that!

100%.  St Luke's is walk-in only.   Just bring proof of your MNL #

Hmm... well, when I first went there the other day, there asked me the following documents:

a. Valid passport

b. Photocopy of Passport Biographic/

c. 4 pieces recent 2×2 visa photos

d. Appointment letter from the Embassy or Instruction letter from the National Visa Center (NVC), if available,

e. 2 photocopies of your Appointment Letter/ Instruction Letter

But the letter D says "if available" so, I guess that's fine. Thanks ^_^

Yes, that is standard requirement.   If you have a copy of the email/letter from NVC with you MNL# on it that will be sufficient for (d) above.  The other items you can bring/get easily

YMMV

Thank you so much - I have already provided those. I just have to go back for Personal Evaluation. ^_^ Again, thanks!

Well, a follow up personal evaluation after you have had the initial medical is by appointment

They already appointed me for 30th for personal evaluation... or do you mean I should have an appointment for interview first because of the personal evaluation?

No.  You need to complete your medical exam before the Visa interview can occur

OKay, so I'm good for now without the schedule for visa interview yet, right?

Sorry for the confusion. I am just worried they will look for my interview schedule when I get there to SLEC. Because from what I gathered, they'll be the one to forward my medical result to USEM once approved because I had to go through personal evaluation.

You are good.  They only require your MNL# so the embassy can add it to your file once they submit it and you have already provided it

YMMV
