What a ridiculous excuse for a visa denial, wow!

even stated that in  the letter from court "said the reason did not support a good reason to deny"  but they still made me do new application

and my letter stated to submit a copy of it with new application

We are missing a lot of info but just going from what has been said in this thread

We might never get the rest of the information.  The OP didn't answer the questions about age gap and religion......

There is inevitable a presumption that it matches cultural norms for this situation, may not be the case.

he did answer about the religion,  previous marriages and children and there is an age gap just not saying how much

but the big issue  with this K1 is

1 visit of only 2 weeks

are there any red flags? difference in age? previous marriage? kids?

Yes , yes , yes and yes

most OP from this country will quit posting when they find out there is nothing we can do to help a denied K1
He has gotten the answers he needs / he is now finding out if the USC is willing to go the distance and marry in Morocco and spend money on multiple trips
they are starting to realize the process is not easy or fast or cheap

Love has to be really strong to go the distance , it's definitely a hard and heartbreaking experience.

We are moving forward with the process. And to answer some of your questions. We are different religions, me the US citizen being Christian, however I have fasted with him and am very respectful of his religion as he is of mine. We do have quite a bit of an age gap so we are aware that is a red flag. I am waiting from the USCIS for the reason of denial however I am pretty sure its lack of evidence since I have only visited one time for a little over two weeks. While we wait for the reason I have another trip planned for this year. The money for the process isn't the issue, it's the time off. I work full time and have a daughter going through college. Not sure how everyone gets so much time off to visit for months at a time. Thank you everyone for your help. Me and my fiance are aware of how hard this process is, but you can't help but try to be hopeful. We will continue to love each other and get through this together, We aren't giving up.

Thank you all for your advice and help and any ideas of how everyone gets so much time off let me know :)

It will be left to die, pretty obvious why it was returned.
