Finally I got an email stating that my petition was approved today!!!

after 11 weeks of waiting our RFE was approved.   we were sent an email. The website however hasn’t changed.

but my fiance still dont receive the RFE by mail, and it says on the online status that if we dont receive our RFE by the 25 of may we should request a copy.

We didn't answer a couple questions in the "have you committed crimes" section which had to have been an honest mistake.  No crimes committed btw.  Just got the RFE today.  Did you ever get your answer and how long did it take?  Did you just send back the page they sent you?

Hi, yes we just set back the page. I received the answer 20 days late with the approval. Good luck

Just want to contribute, issued RFE May 10th got it in the mail May 15th. Sent RFE evidence showing that we have been in each other's presence in the last two years. App says USCIS received on May 23rd. Website still shows original Feb 4th petition received. So waiting now for approval to NOA2. Will keep you posted.
