My online status says... Request for Initial Evidence was sent. Status was change on 4th September and I am still waiting for physical paper but no mail yet

Even enquired at post office yet, but they didn't receive any mail on our name. So just worried now.

Don't worry. It will come. If it doesn't come in by this Friday, you should call the USCIS to request a new letter. There are really nice people working there, they can answer all of your questions.

RFE letter shouldn't take up to 60 days. It might take up to a week the longest. 60 days is the standard time for the NOA 2 to arrive, and if you don't get the NOA2 within 60 days then you have to call the USCIS.

Yes. That’s what I thought we were talking about. I’ve been waiting for my NOA2 which can take up to 60 days. I got my RFE notice in the mail before I got an update on the website. So I’m not sure how long that took.

But since you are saying the status changed on September 4th and you still haven't received the letter. I would call them as soon as possible. Make sure you have the correct address on file.

Most of the time as far as I saw, you will get NOA2 within 1 month. I called them after 1 month and they told me we were approved on 9/10. But I only got my letter today 6 days later.

Maybe I’ll give them a call tomorrow. Praying for an approval. We found out we’re pregnant 4 months after sending in our original documents. Makes things a little bit more stressful now. It’s nice to see everyone getting approved though!:)

I know. That’s what I’ve heard. But that’s ok. My RFE was recieved on August 28th.

Like I said previously just wait until 1 month mark. Which will be September 28th. And then you can call in. Otherwise they might tell you that they are still working "fook off" in other words.

Hello Family.. I received an RFE 09/16/19

gor not sending all The pages to my Divorce decree 😔. I have all the pages. But I wanted to know if I should include my first divorce decree, even though I didn’t mentioned it in my original petition. I married the same person 2x.

And also can I get some guidance on how to prepare the cover letter for my RFE? Thanks!

Read the replies from the “RFE’s😩” thread you created yesterday. I would personally follow @TandClaudia advice.
