Our wait for NOA2 after RFE is exactly 3 weeks, timeline as following. Think they're moving up quick with the RFEs now. We were initially April filers!!

 

8/6    Mailed supporting documents

8/9    USCIS confirmed receipt, updated system

8/30  Received NOA2 in mail (system not updated), paper reads approved on 8/26

 

Hope you hear back soon, if your reply is in similar time frame!!

Im on day 17 right now. Probably not update on labor day. Im so worry. I heard that some people got 2 RFE.

It will come! We just received our noa2 in the mail yesterday dated 26/08. This was by far the hardest part of this journey so far but have faith you'll soon be joining us on the next step of our journey

It'll definitely come, I was so worried too that my affidavit for my marital status wasn't sufficient to prove that I was never married, people were saying that you could be married somewhere else or something.

But it ended up just fine.

Hi fellow RFEers, 

Happy to find where everyone is. My original thread seems deserted since almost everyone is gone to the next phase. ;(

USCIS received response to RFE on July 29. It's been 38 days now.
It's crazy how long it's taking for just one checkbox... Sorry I just wanted to rant! haha

 

I hope everyone here gets NOA2 very soon.

Interesting.... so they update the site indicating that they received your evidence but then didn't update the site to reflect your NOA2?  I would have thought it was the same adjudicator that received it as approved it and if they were so inclined to update your status upon receipt, that they would have also updated it for your NOA2.  Very inconsistent.

I checked yesterday, there’s still no update. Since everything is first come first serve it may not be the same adjudicator

I feel your frustration. I got an RFE dated 7/22. I submitted the evidence very quick. They received it 8/1. 9/5 now and still no update. We were hoping for visa being issued in October. Looks like it could be later. Very frustrating

 Days 22 for me already. I called them and they said that its not even 60 days yet. The system did not show anything yet. Im frustrating and tired of waiting😭

It makes me feel better that there are other people waiting like we are! I'm aiming for this winter.

 I really hope that. But im leaving Usa next week going to see my fiance for two months so I dont know what to do if everything sent to my house

My case was approved today.

RFE was received July 24th

NOA2 September 5th
