Just an assumption but I think we aren't getting things because there is a Labor Day coming up in a week. So they just slowed down on everything.

Hopefully we get something before that. I really can’t wait any longer.

If holiday is the case then they will resume doing things right after that. But let's hope this isn't the case and we all get our stuff next week.

I hope we heard back from next week. Just wondering should I call them if i dont hear anything from them in a month?

I just called them they told me case still reviewing if I don’t get anything after 60days call them back. I was freeze 🥶. I don’t know if I can wait 60days I’m dying 😵

mine was not quite the same, but fiance accidentally crossed "widowed" for my status but later on said i was never married (no previous marriages)

 

had to submit affidavit to prove status, so probably more complicated than yours :(

Wow I'm sorry ☹️. My fiance was divorced and I had to submitted something from Haiti prove that she wasn't the one divorced her; the divorce is final and was granted by a judge

I been trying to call and i never get an person, what option did you select when you called?

When I call I always press 4 for change of address I forgot the other option but it said to speak to a rep press something. Just listen you will get it
