hello guys!

I just got my RFE in the mail and it was for the 2 year requirement meeting. I’ve sent USCIS many pictures and all of our pictures together from our many visits. What I’m going to include:

- passport stamps of both our passports to show we were at the same place at the same time

- flight itineraries for when we both visited each other

- many more additional pictures of us together in each other’s countries

They’ve asked to add letters but we don’t really send letters and communicate through text and FaceTime. What other proof can I add?  Appreciate all the help

When did you meet,  when did you apply? It would help us answer if your time line was filled  out. What did you send in with your application?

Letters? Does they mean letter of intend marry? You can show them the facetime log and all the texts you talk to him/her. You can do that by screen shot and put those picture on word in order

This is what they sent me.

thank you for your help!

For your own statement, you should write a timeline and tell them how you guys know each other, and how do you guys fall in love, and how do you meet for the first time, second time. Remembering that, when you said that, you have to prove those timeline by pictures. And give them all the evidence that they needed on the paper.

Hi sarge,

My timeline is updated, I’m not sure why you can’t see it.

We’ve met a total of 6 times. Once in November when he came to visit me in Canada (he’s from California). I visited him in December and then we both went on vacation to the Bahamas in March. He then visited be April, May and June. All of these visits were a 1-2 stay. We provided pictures for each visit except for May and June and flight itineraries and letter of intent to marry.

noA1- May 21

rfe1-August 14

I’m also worried as well. I can’t really tell why it’s taking so long cos I’ve read people who got approved within two weeks.

Well, I’m hopeful something great comes out this week.

Remember  you can't  compare cases as they are all different.  It'll come for sure.

For our RFE we sent to USCIS screenshots of call logs and text messages with various dates

I hope so too and I have never seen two RFE’s. On most cases, RFE leads to approval.
