Awaiting Delivery of Green Card. USPS didn't deliver it yet

 Hi,  On 11th April USCIS updated my case status saying "card was mailed" and the tracking showed it was out for delivery in mesquite TX on 13th morning... That was a rainy day so maybe they didn't deliver. At night USPS updated status showing "Awaiting delivery scan" which means there's no evidence of it whether it was delivered or not.. I waited patiently but it's Tuesday evening and I still didn't get it😞😞. I tried calling USPS to talk to customer service but couldn't get actual person on phone.. I'm extremely worried now! :( any idea how we can reach customer representative in phone?? Any help will be highly appreciate. Please help me!

Drive to the USPS office and ask them directly but if I were you, I would wait for a few more days
