Troubles with Vaccination Supplemental Form I-693

Hello everyone, 

 

Has anyone recently transcribed their vaccinations successfully to the Vaccination Supplemental Form I-693 without being forced to the full exam in NY? I have been calling dozens of doctors around, but even those mentioned in the previous topics (Paukman, N. Smith, Blau and etc.) seem to now require the full exam that is really expensive and as-to-my-understanding unnecessary (because I had my full exam 2 months ago in my country and just got my necessary flu and varicella in the US). Is it just me having problems asking for just vaccination part or laws have changed?

Its just Civil Surgeons doing what they do best (ie Jacking you for every penny). 

Call around on the USCIS Civil Surgeon list. You will need a transcription done because you did not complete the vaccines abroad as advised. You may have to visit another state.

Going to another state now actually seems like a good idea, since I've called at least 30 offices today. 😕 Will give the last try tomorrow by walking into recommended offices with I-693 form instruction page (hopefully only receptionists didn't know the K1 exception).
