Try to read past what you may not agree with. What I found interesting were the photos of the forms used during adjudication. I mean the actual form is posted, so we can't say they are bias.

So this guy trying to be humorous got all the forms he submitted through his lawyer along with some redacted work forms used by USCIS?  I don't really see that is entirely interesting as I fully expected that USCIS uses work forms in their jobs to track progress.  This entire article to me showed a person with entirely too much time on their hands filing a FOIA, and then trying to bias their article to a leftist slant for what appears to be political reasons.

Feels like you are reading too much into what is basically "I did FOIA request on my file, and look at what I got! LOL" article. It is lightly peppered with emotional biases meant but hey, man has to earn living somehow. It also comes on the wings of the K-1 story that was recently in the news from Reddit after going viral (

It is pretty clear to me that article was written awhile ago, hence the reference to travel ban being found unconstitutional (it was, SCOTUS overturning lower court decision doesn't mean lower court decision didn't happen) I was more irritated by him calling North Korea and Venezuela a Muslim majority countries to be honest.

He published it only 2 days ago........and lower court rulings are invalid and irrelevant when the SCOTUS rules......he shouldn't have even mentioned it.....
