Hi.

 

Are we required to enter all incomes from the recent three last years or can we just enter one income? 

 

Also if income is enough can we still provide assets for additional information?

The income as reported on your taxes for the most recent 3 years is required. The exception is is you were not required to file (i.e.if you had very little to no worldwide income), then you would check the appropriate box and explain that you weren't required to file due to not having sufficient income.

 

Assets are optional if income is sufficient.

Part 6 Questions 24a, b, and c all need to be filled out with the income amount you reported on your last three years of tax forms.

Part 6 Question 7 is either your CURRENT Income reported on a current Employment Verification Letter OR from your most recent Income tax form. 

 

I'm not sure what your question is asking other than that so if I haven't answered the first one, please clarify what you are asking.

 

If you meet the poverty guidelines in Part 6 Question 7 you dont need to use any other form of income or asset.
