On the specific subject of this administration looking to modify punishments for visa overstays, I suspect they would need Congressional approval for most of it, if they're looking to change the INA. With Trump being as mercurial as he is, it's impossible to tell until Stephen Miller gives him his instructions.

Was she working on behalf of a non-US based employer?  If so, then it really wasn't a rules violation.

Why is it insane if the citizenship law allows certain people take the civic test in own native language and waive the English requirement test? 

Becoming a citizen should be a challenge, not a cake-walk.

Wait, I thought President Trump was a puppet of Putin, now he is a puppet of Stephen Miller?  I do agree though that real change to immigration law requires Congress to act which will not happen anytime soon.  As long as President Trump doesn't author something unconstitutional such as DACA/DAPA I am fine with it.  Everything else is just Trump trolling the lefties.

The AP story doesn't indicate either way, but I believe most models are independent contractors, so it might fall into that category.  It is always nice to know the entire story which is not the case here.
