I filed June 25th 2018 and i still haven’t heard anything yet. I have 3 IR1 petitions. One for my spouse and 2 under 18 children. We are at 296 days.

Yesterday i got a notification on my USCIS app that my spouses status changed but the other two didn’t. This is what it said.. i don’t know what exactly it means. I take it as nothing has changed.

At least there's something changed in your case and means USCIS doesn't forget you😋

My case has never changed and always "On June 22, 2018, we received your Form I-130...."

It won't be too long, between 2-4 weeks you will get an email (if you provided one) maybe your husband can start gathering his civil documents in order to save time because nvc stage is pretty much faster especially when you have everything scanned and ready to be uploaded on ceac as requested after payment of Iv fee and i864 fee.

thank you very much, I have been trying to call them since yesterday but to no avail I am unable to reach them.

Yes you have to keep trying, don't give up. It takes alot of patience and somany attempts to get to them. I will advice you wait atleast 48 hours or 2 working days before you call them to ask about your case number. If they received your case more than 48 hours ago then you can try to call them again and again, you may be on hold for 30 minutes, 40 or even an hour, make sure you have his details ready to provide once you get someone to talk to on phone. Full name,dob and most important case number from uscis.

hi how r you i received my nvc number toady i try to check my case but its telling my my numbers dont match.

What's your receiving date? My receiving date is 22, June 2018.

My case is always "Received" status.

Maybe you can wait for several more days then check your case number to see whether match or not, then can call NVC.

My husband called USCIS to ask my case status and be told to wait.

I have being waiting for 10 more months, still nothing.

How do you know your case is in Nebraska? I sent mine to chicago and it seems like it is in California :(

When you submit your application, several days later you will receive a letter with your case No.

My case No. starts from "LIN", so I know my case is assigned to Nebraska service center.

WAC=California Service Center=加州服务中心
CSC=Califirnia Service Center=加州服务中心
LIN=Nebraska Service Center=内布拉斯加服务中心
SRC=Texas Service Center=德州服务中心
TSC=Texas Service Center=德州服务中心
EAC=Vermont Service Center=佛蒙特服务中心
VSC=Vermont Service Center
NSC=Nebraska Service Center
MSC=National Benefits Center
NBC=National Benefits Center
IOE= ELIS(e-Filing)
YSC=Potomac  Service Center

Im in the same boat. mine is june 27 2018 still nothing. Ive called did inquiries all they say is I'm in line to be reviewed and my case is not assigned yet. So annoyingly annoying. Beyond over it. But what can you do but continue waiting

Dear, Yes, mine is June 22 2018 and still not receive approval letter yet.

I submitted "Outside normal processing time" case, but no use and still told me to wait.

My husband called USCIS and no use and continued to ask him to wait.

I think we can do nothing and only wait.

I believe we can receive approval letter very soon because it seems like Nebraska is dealing the case of middle June now.

4 people in my facebook group has received their approval. All within 48 hours. Pd' 6/7, 6/11, 6/13, and 6/15...Im thankful they got their approvals before they updated the website to 10-13 months

Yes, I joined other chat app and a lady (June 8, 2018) got her approval letter and the approval date in the letter is 10, May, 2019.

Another lady (June 14, 2018) got her approval letter and the approval date in the letter is 15, May, 2019.

So i'm hoping maybe USCIS sent my approval letter on 24, May, 2019. Maybe need 6 days to deliver the letter to home, so hope can receive the letter on this 30, June. At least my husband checked the mail box and still no letter yet this morning.
