REAFFIRMED CASE

Hi Vj members, 

 

My case(i-130) was reaffirmed  and nw has been sent back to d EMBASSY(Accra) on 22nd March 2019 probably for another interview. 

                   QUESTIONS ;

1. Would like to knw BY GUESS  hw long am I to to be contacted by d embassy. 

 

2. Is der  anyone else here who's case is in d same situation as mine?

Did you review your DS-260 , if not you have to review your DS-260 , it will automatically give you a confirmation for you to schedule your interview date at the embassy for your visa .

 

The embassy will not contact you if is a reaffirmed case , this is what you have to do for you to schedule your interview date.

Moses, no I didn't review dat yet.  I called d embassy to follow up n was told dey will ve to contact  me ( to email me wid packet 3 to log in n  book an APPOINTMENT) .  Plss give me more insight as d case has been see  for a month nw n yes it's a REAFFIRMED case pls. Thks bro.

The embassy will never contact you , they will tell you like that but you will never be contacted , just go into this link   https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx  and if there is anything to change in your DS-260 or not, and submit it to the NVC , it will automatically send it direct to the embassy , where by the confirmation will advice you to schedule your own interview date.
