can any one send sample of I 864 for both parents.

i have confusion in part 3 and part four.

do i need to prepare two i 864 for both parents

If you are petitioning for  both your parents , each application stands alone. You need to prepare and submit an I864 that has been completed with the individual parent’s details ...  You need one for mother and one for father. 

If you are using a joint sponsor for them also , the joint sponsor needs to complete a I 864 for each of your parents. Each submission needs its own supporting documentation 

 

As each petition stands on its own, your household size for each individual 864 is your household number plus 1 .not 2.. only 1 for mom on her 864 and 1 for dad in his.  .. unless you are already sponsoring other immigrants who have already entered the US, then you must add the number you are already sponsoring to your family size then add 1
