Who?   certainly no one that posts on here or in the facebook site

one Moroccan was told he was approved and then an email to him said "fill out the form:"  (December 2018)

he was even given the "welcome to the US folder"

3 months later his case was returned to the US

another VJ member married to Moroccan woman also  December interview has their case still in AP for the form / that case still at embassy

another who posted here wanted his passport back as he wanted to travel for work and he is stuck in AP for ds5535 for over a year

many who post on the facebook page are waiting over a year

ds 5535 is not the same as asking for other additional evidence such as an original birth certificate

the form requires a long security checks of checking all travel for 15 years ,  checking all social media the beneficary has used (emails,  dating sites,  what they watch on youtube, etc) and all the phone numbers (including those of their siblings )  that they may have used to talk to other potential marriage partners (to see if the person shops for a person to assist getting out of their country)

Well this isn't true. I know it's only one example but Ashcashbananas husband was given the DS-5535 after his interview and a month later his visa has been issued. I don't know how common it is for it to be processed that quickly but apparently it does happen
