Because mine is in French USCiS  needs a translated one for my green card process.  I'm in USA on a K1 Visa I will get married in May

Any online reputable service can do it. Some colleges and universities offer it locally. It will be cheaper if you get it done locally depending on how big of city you live in. If not, here is a link to one of many.
