Interview at Islamabad US Embassy and need of Additional Administrative Processing

It is returned to NVC and now they have send it out to USCIS to do further reviews. But I am still confused why and what are the reasons. 

 

Only thing I can think of is my previous K-1 application which was denied from USCIS because of one condition was not met.

Now the last time I called NVC they said it was sent out on August 26th to USCIS for further reviews. On CEAC it still shows "Returned to NVC".

Anyone with better understanding of the case, please advise.

What was the condition that was not met on the last K-1?  Was it the same fiancé? 

 

Is there anything that happen at the interview that you can think of that they had an issue with?
