Hello everyone, So today my application for Child of a USC born abroad was denied, but that’s not just the only problem, I already filed an i130 for my wife which is currently being adjudicated, sometime last year when my wife was still pregnant I went to the uscis office and explain the situation and ask if I should put in an application for my son when he is born and they told me I don’t have to as I will be able to transmit citizenship to him, my son was born in January 2019 and I was told I do not meet the requirements of physical presence to do that. I will be PCSing to Korea by September for Military assignment, is there anything I can do at this time to get my son to the US when my wife application and Visa is granted? If I put in another i130 for my son will it be linked to my wife application and process faster or not? Please I need all your responses and advice.

You need to file an I-130 for your son. It is not automatically linked to any other petitions.

What you can do is wait for approval and then process both together at NVC.

You can also request an expedite on your son's I-130 (once you have the NOA1). Note that you applied for his citizenship (CRBA I'm assuming?) and it was denied.
