CFO for my parents

Does my parents need CFO? Their age is 60 plus,  and what about the greencard? should i pay now or wait until they get here? thanks a lot

I don't know about cfo because it's mostly from PH.

 

Concerning the $220 you can pay whenever you want, either before entry or once in the US, the visa itself states that once stamped,it is valid for 1 year as a temporal permanent resident. So pay the money at your convenience but not later than the expiry date.

Your answer to your needing CFO is answered in the CFO website. 

 

Pay now and they will receive it much faster then waiting. Nothing says safety then a GC.

60 +  only need to register with CFO and get the sticker once they receive their passport/visa.

You will want to pay the green card fee before leaving the Philippines.   USCIS will not complete the green card processing until payment has been received (and your parents clear POE).
