I did not send a G-1145 with my wife's I-751....I mailed the package on 3/28/19.....First I saw it was delivered using the USPS Priority Mail tracking number (3/30)......then I saw that my $680 check was cashed (4/4/19).......then my wife received her NOA extension letter via postal mail (4/6/19)........exactly 7 days after the USPS Priority Mail tracking number delivery date.

We also have many bank statements and copies of invoices that we will send in.

My question: is it okay to print 2 bank statements per page and the next 2 statements on the back side? So it would be only 1 sheet of paper instead of 4. What do you think?

And should the pages be printed in portrait or landscape format?

Thank you for your support.

How do you mean? Your bank statements are only 1/2 page long?

Sorry for not being clear. I would print 2 pages on the one side (front page) and then the next 2 pages on the other side (back page). The whole page is displayed, but it is reduced in size. (attention: contents on sample images are random)

Would it be a good idea to print the whole statement for every 3 months and just the first page for every month? seems like too much paperwork...

Expand

Yeah, too much paperwork. It is advisable to send all pages of every statement. For our ROC package, I photocopied all monthly bank statements of our joint checking account, some have 4 pages, most months have 6. From 2 sided to 1 sided.

I have 7 pages per month. That's 140 pages. Do they really need all these details? Like we spend 20$ at KFC at 2 am? 😅

Hope this clarifies your question. :)

I see. Well as long as the text is big enough to read without issues it shouldn't matter how you decide to print it.

I have seen enough RFEs for not sending monthly bank statements so I sent every single page we had. That is 6-8 pages every month since we got married in late 2016. If they send me an RFE it won't be for bank statements at least. 😇

But according to https://www.uscis.gov/forms/forms-information/form-filing-tips , USCIS wants supporting documents to be single-sided only.
